In a coincidence a new list of the Top 13 New Bars in Vegas was released and at the top of the list was a bar that I just went to in Viking Mike's Alpine Yurt Bar. I react to some of the bars on the list and review Viking Mike's which is defiantly the one of the most exciting new bars to hit the city in a very long time.

An old school review of a new cocktail bar on Fremont Street. The White Whale Cocktail Room. I thought this place is bringing a touch of class to the East Fremont district and without a menu it makes it an interesting stop in the world of Vegas cocktail bars.

This is the first episode of the Vegas Icon series where I highlight someone from Vegas' history and how they influenced the city that I call home. We will focus on their contributions to the city and why they deserve to be included. I understand our first subject is controversial but Vegas wouldn't be Vegas without Steve Wynn.

After so many people listened to the last episode I figured we'd do a part 2 where I breakdown a few more silly questions like can you use a debit card at a blackjack table and why you should never use an ATM in Vegas. 

I answer all the obvious but necessary questions that you've either asked yourself or seen other people do. For example. "Is it possible to walk from the airport to the strip?" I also breakdown why you don't really have to wait until 3pm to check-in to your room.

Welcome to 2026! In this episode I breakdown what I think will happen to a few new and redone concepts on the strip. I review the redone Hard Shake Cocktail Lounge at the Waldorf-Astoria.
